The Barbados Accreditation Council (BAC) is seeking to recruit competent and motivated persons to its team, as it seeks to promote a Quality Culture in Barbados’ tertiary educational sector. Successful applicants will be contracted for a period of two (2) years in the first instance.




Salary Scale: Z6-1


Brief Summary of Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director. He/she will provide administrative support to the Council and will be an organized person who is skilled at both administration and research.


Qualifications and Experience

  1. A postgraduate qualification in Management, Industrial Relations, International Relations, Finance or in a related discipline. Not less than two (2) years’ relevant experience;  or
  2. A degree and not less than three (3) years’ relevant experience; or
  3. Membership of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries and Administrators or any other relevant professional qualification from a recognized institution. Not less than three (3) years’ relevant experience is required.
