Are you dissatisfied with a decision made by the Council?

An appeal can be made from any decision or action of the Council regarding:

1.   The assessment of courses
2.   The accreditation or registration of institutions
3.   or the withdrawal of approval, recognition or title granted to or conferred upon any institution referred to in Section 7(2) of the Barbados Accreditation Council Act 2004-11.
