Staff members of the Barbados Accreditation Council were trained in the essentials of Customer Service Excellence by Mrs. Rhonda Bryan-Hutson, Trainer of the National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) during the months of June and July.
The two full-day and two half-day workshops sought to broaden and enhance the competencies of staff in areas such as effective communication, understanding the internal and external customer, leadership for service excellence, creating the customer experience and other customer service essentials.
It is anticipated that the training will gained will be fully utilized as the BAC seeks to offer consistently improved customer service.
The staff was actively engaged in role-playing, rhythm harmony, discussing of various scenarios, puzzles and reviewing best practices of international companies which are renowned for excellent customer service.
