The BAC is well-respected locally, regionally and internationally as an independent Quality Assurance Agency, which upholds standards and perform its role to the highest level of integrity and transparency. As the BAC finds itself at the helm of competing demands and expectations of stakeholders, It is responsive to this mandate by meeting regional needs as higher education transitions through the 21st Century.
I commend the Council for its sterling work and unwavering commitment. You have effectively maintained and enhanced your work in the field of quality assurance in higher education and training. The impact of quality assurance is critical, not only for the Council, but also in attracting the development of higher education institutions.
